This policy describes the types of information that may be processed when you use Sehati Bethaka and its related services, why it is used, how it is protected, retained and deleted, and how you can contact us about privacy.
2. Information we may collect
- Account information: such as email address and authentication information needed to create and manage an account.
- Profile information: such as name, age, gender and information you choose to provide to personalize preventive-health reminders.
- Health information you enter: such as test results, vaccinations, medications, appointments, reminders and health records you choose to add.
- User-submitted files: such as medical files or images you choose to upload, if the relevant feature is enabled.
- Technical information: such as basic device information, error logs and technical identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.
- Notification information: such as a device notification token when push notifications are enabled.
3. How we use information
- To create and manage accounts and provide app functionality.
- To personalize preventive-health reminders and notifications.
- To display and organize records that users add.
- To improve performance and security, troubleshoot errors and prevent misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and lawful requests.
4. AI and cloud services
Some app features may use cloud or AI services to process information submitted by the user, such as extracting data from documents or organizing information and providing informational interpretation of results. AI outputs are not intended to constitute a medical diagnosis or prescription.

5. Sharing of information
We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by technical service providers acting on our behalf and only as needed to provide the service, such as hosting, authentication, notifications, document processing or AI services when enabled. We disclose information only for the purposes described here or when required or permitted by law.
6. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, such as encryption in transit, access controls and security logging where appropriate. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or meet legitimate legal obligations. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data through our Delete Account page. When a deletion request is completed, account-associated data will be deleted unless a limited portion must be retained for legal or security reasons, in which case it will be retained only for as long as necessary.
8. User rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information and may ask questions about how their information is processed.
9. Children
The service is not intended for unsupervised use by children where parental consent is required by applicable law. If we become aware of inappropriate collection of a child's information, we will take appropriate steps.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
